Donor/Customer Relation’s Specialist

Our clients have strong ties to Israel, from publicly-traded Israeli companies to the largest non profit organizations.

Job Title and Area of Responsibility:

Title: Donor/Customer Relation’s Specialist 


High Level Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Creating, building, and nurturing relationships with Israel365 donors and customers
  • Communicating feedback and providing ideas/solutions to create the best donor/customer experience( ie: what issues are donors/customers experiencing, ears on the ground, what do donors/customers want/need)
  • Developing excellence in Donor/Customer Service
  • Driving Personalization and Radical Transparency with our Donors/Customers 
  • Assisting team in building quality segmentation strategies


Daily Tactical Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing phone calls to donors and customers in order to engage them offline
  • Promptly answer incoming emails and incoming phone calls
  • Use HubSpot to ensure all information is being populated in a timely and methodical manner
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all our campaigns and merchandise
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Provide assistance for customers/donors
  • Maintain great donor/customer relationships


Key Performance Indicators:

  • 200 Donors/customers reached by phone per month, with high quality conversation – specific targets will be provided a month in advance
    • Conversion rate: 7%
    • Average Donorship: $70 USD one-time and $30USD recurring
    • Average Calls Per Hour: 10
  • Keeping email correspondence current, responding to them timely, accurately, and with nurturing language. Phone calls when appropriate.   
  • Staying on top of failed legacy by calling and emailing


Skills/Past Experience:

  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with results driven approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skilled in verbal communication include active listening and reflection, speaking articulately to gather info, problem-solve, and diffuse difficult callers
  • Ability to navigate between several computer screens while actively listening and entering customer information (email, web, software application)
  • Ability to search company database for relevant and specific information
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Google workspace applications
  • Knowledge in Hubspot a plus
  • Ability to remain positive when facing rejection
